Our billing rates are based on the scope and complexity of the project. We typically bill hourly for litigation matters. For transactional matters, we can often offer flat fees that give you certainty about the cost of legal services. We are happy to discuss costs during our initial conversation.

Markey Law is based in York, Pennsylvania. However, we do not have a traditional office. Instead, we leverage technology, such as video conferencing, to provide legal services to you. Not having an office reduces our costs and allows us to offer exceptional value to our clients. When needed, in-person meetings can be arranged by appointment.
